The Cofresi Palm Suites are located around the pool, NV Beach with a Top shelf bar & snack bar for lunch and Cofresi Beach with a Pool & Beach bar, Shops and a Buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The Jr. Suites are a studio type Apartment with a lanai or balcony furnished, table & chairs, coffee Pot, Sm. Refrigerator and Microwave, King or 2 double beds, a Jacuzzi tub, the bath room has a stand up shower, Hair dryer, all toiletries and paper products and towels replaced as needed along with linens, The refrigerator is restocked daily with milk, Juices, sodas & beer daily as well as coffee, sugar and cereal. Also included; private safe, WiFi, Lg Flat screen TV with Cable, clock radio, Telephone and Iron with Ironing board. The Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort with All-inclusive and gold wrist bands is where Cofresi Palm guests have access to all the facilities of the Resort (including the V.I.P areas) daily maid & concierge service and the many other Resort restaurants, snack bars and Top shelf Lounges & bars through the resort, make these the best accommodations. All inclusive Rates; For guests 12 yrs and older $65 per day, per guest; under 12 yrs to 3 yrs half price and under 3 yrs free. Paid to Lifestyles upon registration on arrival at resort. |

Rental Agreement Booking conformation requires the following: Select property accommodations and dates you wish to stay. Upon verification of availability and after notification, payment for accommodations only is due and will be arranged with owner. If not available, you will be notified in a day or so. Your request will be soft booked with Lifestyles and when paid your reservation will be confirmed within a 7-working day period after payment is made. If not available, you will be notified in a day or so. For your convenience, you are pre-approved to book your reservation. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 3 months prior to arrival will receive a full-Service Fee accreditation. Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival will receive a 50% Service Fee accreditation. Any cancellation 1 month prior to arrival and the Service Fee will be forfeited in its entirety. This applies to accommodations only. |
