5 bedroom villa located 20 minuets from all disney parks has 2 queen size rooms, one ensuite, and three twins has its own private Pool with no rear neighbours thus providing great privacy while lounging around the Pool. With all mod-com's including cable tv free wifi and all kitchen appliances, washer drier microwave, all linens and table ware, everything you need for a completely relaxing vacation, this villa is located beside many 1st class golf courses and all types of shopping.
Very nice home that is close enough to Disney and a lot of major attractions in Orlando. Nice pool, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Great for family vacation. Owner communicated frequently to help with heating the pool and minor things. Marked off 1 star because it could have been cleaned A LOT better and the furniture, towels, sheets, etc. were VERY outdated and worn. Also must purchase your own toiletries like bath tissue, paper towel, soap, etc. Otherwise great stay for the price.

The villa was great and nice, but the cleaning could have been better. Everything was available and good. We did have some small problems but the owner was very easy to reach and he provided the help we needed immediatly. He took care of things or send somebody to help with our problems.
We enjoyed a wonderful time at this Clermont home. It was open and airy, a nice floor plan, a perfect sized pool and even had privacy due to some large trees in the back and side yards. It was close to everything, 25 minutes to the theme parks and 25 minutes to the softball fields where our daughters were playing. I look forward to staying there again next year and the year after. This was our first family trip and first time renting a vacation home. It was an amazing experience. The kids loved the pool. The house was a perfect size and we did not feel crowded. Everything was nearby. We had a great time.
