Making an online reservation with anyone other than a hotel made me uneasy (considering the many online frauds that go on). However, I am glad I chose this place for my family stay in PR. It was my husband and I, and our 3yr old son. It was a very clean place and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great for families on a budget. We personally didn\'t want to spend much money in a room since we were going to be traveling all around PR during our stay, and only coming home to sleep and shower. I liked the fact that it included pots, pans, dishes and silverware, extra linen, and ACs and several fans (which was a big plus!). There was a washer (no dryer unfortunately) so we didn\'t return home with dirty laundry thankfully. And if there was anything that we may have needed Phil (Monty\'s assistant) was attentive and responded rather quickly. I didn\'t get to meet Monty unfortunately since he was away during our stay, but the times we spoke on the phone, email and text he was very kind and responded to any concerns. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you Monty & Phil.
I rented this apartment, to attende a wedding. My daughter wedding. The location was ideal and quite residential neighborhood, that is well kept. It had everything we needed. Two bedrooms for sleeping 4 people, a nice bathroom w/shower,complete kitchen and a large living room/ dining room which included a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The WIFI was blazing fast and we also enjoyed Dish Network satellite. Thank you so much Jose you\'re a very nice gentleman.
This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay. It was economical, and a great location. It was a safe neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, Walgreens, and restaurants. This is a great base if exploring Old San Juan, flying in or out of San Juan, close to El Yunque Rain forest, beautiful Luquillo Beach, Isla Verde, and worked well to head over to Fajardo to snorkel and do Bioluminescent Bay. Really happy to be in a place with air conditioning, WI-FI, and off-street parking. Jose met us when we arrived and was really helpful with recommendations and directions. Monty checked in with us by phone. We felt very well taken care of. Thanks Monty and Jose for a great stay! Would definitely recommend to others.
Having been to Puerto Rico several times, I knew the area of the rental was good, but did not realize how quiet and safe it was until I stayed there. The house is a bit outdated, but is more than a bargain for the price. The only negative thing I could say is the water situation, but that is a Puerto Rico crisis and out of the owners hands. Jose and Monty were professional and courteous throughout the stay. I would recommend staying there as I plan to stay there again on my next visit. My use of the property was mostly for a place to sleep. It is a 15-20 minute drive to all the places San Juan has to offer, which made it very convenient.

Came here for 11 days and must say it was awesome Monty is very nice and helpful with any questions we had. The house was clean and very comfy. Neighborhood was great not to mention the bakery and supermarket down the road. This place is really like 5-10 min from airport. Next time I\'m visiting Puerto Rico will contact him to stay again I recommend monty\'s home to any one visiting Puerto Rico =]
