The open living/dining/kitchen area are filled with all the amenities one could possibly want including hardwood floors.. The main bath has a shower only.
There is plenty of space, and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you could wish for, the kitchen is so well-appointed that you might actually be tempted to cook a big meal for the gang. --no? Well that's alright; there are splendid restaurants in the area, and you can use the microwave, coffeemaker, blender, dishwasher, and other time-savers to get in and out of the kitchen more quickly!
The master suite affords a king bed, luxury master bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower and deck access with sweeping ocean views with TV.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms features king beds both with street side balconies which share a bathroom with a tub and shower combo each with a TV.
This vacation home has it all including an elevator!! The sparkling semi-private ocean front pool surrounded by a fenced small yard is perfect for grilling and an evening swim. The ocean front pool/yard/grilling area is landscaped carefully to secure as much privacy for "Tranquility's" guests as possible.
Sleeps up to 8 people, with a maximum of 6 adults. No smoking allowed on any of the decks!!!...Pet friendly(with payment of a non-refundable pet charge, subject to restrictions) non-smoking...Security deposit applies... Sunday to Sunday during summer... All of our properties include pillows & comforters.. Linens, towels, paper, plastic & soap products not provided. Parking for 3 cars. Elevator service is reliable but not guaranteed, departure cleaning is included.
