Welcome to the luxurious Agua Azul named after the sparkling blue water you will be gazing at long after the sun has gone down. This beautiful 6 bedroom 6 bathroom ocean front beach house has plenty of room for everyone! Set your own pool hours with a private pool.
1st floor features a game room suite fully equipped with a 55" TV, foosball & ping pong table. Just off the game room suite is a queen bedroom with TV that is fully enclosed so you can retire way before the ping pong tourney ends. There is a bathroom on this level as well.
There are 3 bedroom suites on the second floor; 1 King Master Suite with private access to a covered deck, electronically equipped with 42”TV, the 2ndsuite (with private bath) is furnished with one queen bed and a double bed with a 32” TV, the 3rd suite (with private bath) is furnished with a double/twin pyramid style bunk bed and 32” TV.
The 3rd(Main Living) level features an open concept living, dining and modern kitchen area equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for additional seating. After dinner relax on the large open sun deck watching the beach empty and pelicans fly to roost as the sun sinks into the ocean. Also on this floor there is a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with a Queen and Double.
