The Villa Southern Belle is ideally situated in west exposure at a canal junction with short walk to the River, as well as to the beach and pier of Cape Coral. You can enjoy the stunning views towards the sunset every evening at the barbecue on the terrace of the pool. Or you relax comfortably in the Jacuzzi. The villa has three bedrooms and these two beautiful bathrooms. Especially the master bathroom is a place to relax after the renovation. Also in the living area with dining room, breakfast bar and modern kitchen lacks nothing. The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons. For each further person a rent of 119,00 EUR per week results at high season 190,40 EUR Children up to the age 06 years are free of charge All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes,
House cleaning: 230.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights. Last minute and further specially offers available.
House damage deposit: 800.00 EUR Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
