Villa Timeless Spell – Non-smoking Villa in Cape Coral This exquisite, newly renovated and equipped with new elegant furniture villa is ideally located in the southwest of Cape Coral on a canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Of course there is a boat dock for the rental of a boat. The west-facing pool area was equipped tastefully with modern lounge furniture. Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights. Last minute and further specially offers available.
House damage deposit: Euro 800,00 Security Deposit increases by Euro 150,00 per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
