A beautiful villa in a great location on a canal plot facing southeast. You can only feel comfortable in this villa with living room, kitchen with open dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus powder room.
From the pool terrace you have a wonderful view of the quiet canal. A dining table, as well as a cozy lounge set, and deck chairs invite you to relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
Furthermore, there is also a boat dock, suitable for separate rental of a motorboat or just for sunbathing.
Also bicycles, as well as two golf sets are available in the villa.

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons. For each further person a rent of 127,00 EUR per week results at high season 203,20 EUR Children up to the age 01 years are free of charge All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes
House cleaning: 210.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning) House damage deposit: 800,00 EUR Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights. Last minute and further specially offers available.
