Villa Soluna - Dream Villa on the Canal The Villa Soluna is a quite exceptional property on a big canal plot. Everything looks very bright and friendly. In the 2250 square ft villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, you can spend a carefree holiday. The heart of the dream Villa is the beautiful and comfortable pool area with an exceptionally large pool, which creates a romantic evening mood with underwater spotlights. In order to reduce electricity consumption, a solar heating system was installed at the end of 2017 in addition to the electric pool heater. In the living area misses nothing, all of the rooms have stunning views of the pool and canal. The furniture is very high quality and in bright colours. Even in the modern kitchen, everything is available to prepare a delicious menu. As a highlight, there's still an exquisite billiard room, also with access to the pool area. There is a boat and sun deck, you may like to rent a motorboat separately. The sun deck is equipped with a Tiki hut, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. |
