Dream Villa Lake Villa at the Britannia Lake Info: THE DOCK IS NOT USABLE! Hurricane Ian damaged the Dock and must be re-built. The work cannot happen until late summer. Therefore, the use of the boat dock is prohibited and entering the boat dock is at your own risk.
The house Lake Villa, located in a quiet residential area has a fantastic view from the pool area across the lake. The pool area was only renovated in 2012 and additionally equipped with a whirlpool.
The Villa provides all the amenities of a modern household. The furnishings and equipment is kept very light and friendly. You will feel very comfortable in this villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Even a pool table, as well as two bicycles and a large boat dock for a rental boat or simply as an additional sun deck are available.
Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.
For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
