One of the highlights of the Villa ThunderBird Lake is the fantastic view of the lake, you have both from the pool area as well as from the living and dining room.
Very nice in this villa is the outside bar at the boat dock with Tiki hut, fridge and sink. From there you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets of Florida with a sundowner !
Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.
For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
Place is in this villa for six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a beautiful open plan living area with kitchen as well as a cozy dining room.

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 114,00 EUR per week results at high season 182,40 EUR
Children up to the age 10 years are free of charge
Children from 11 until 14 years pay 657,00 EUR per week, at high season 91,20 EUR
All rental rates are inclusive 11% taxes,
House cleaning: 200.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
House damage deposit: 700.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
