Payment Policies: The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings canceled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 25% refund.
Bookings canceled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 40% refund.
Partial deposit is refunded if at least one month notice given. Full refund in the event of an emergency that can be verified. House Rules -If you move the furniture, please put it back where it was when leaving. No smoking allowed. You damage, destroy or break anything you are responsible for the replacement.
