Visitors do not have any busy roads to cross when walking the short block to the beach! Beach access is visible from your front door! Large quiet ball field, basket ball courts and new playground are located directly across the street. This is an unbelievably convenient location to satisfy the needs of every member in your family. Every amenity is on the first floor and the home is designed according to ADA standards so that families traveling with members who have disabilities will be able to fully enjoy this beautiful vacation home.All of the 4 bedrooms have direct access to the private heated pool and spa deck using their own sliding glass door. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom attached! 3 large bedroom suites are equipped with two queen beds, and one large bedroom is equipped with a King bed. With 6 Queen beds and one King bed, home sleeps 14 privately and comfortably! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Wifi and Cable TV are included. All furniture and bedding are brand new! All furniture is luxurious and new. Large leather sectional and leather recliner with ottoman surround the large 60 inch flat screen TV. Dining room seats a total of 14. Dining room table seats 10, with seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Enjoy the Keurig Coffee bar with a variety of coffee and tea selections for you and your guests to enjoy. Play inside on rainy days on the 8ft hand carved cherry wood Olhausen pool table. Relax in the large tropical pool that is heated during the winter months at no extra charge! Behind the pool sits a large, hotel size, 8 ft heated jacuzzi tub! Your beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful week's stay! You will be spoiled the moment you arrive when you open the refrigerator and find a large, delicious, fresh florida fruit tray for your family to indulge in! Our entire family stayed at this house last week. Absolutely fabulous!! The attention to detail and layout of the home was outstanding. Rhonda was great to work with and very helpful. The extra treats when we arrived was an added bonus. Loved the golf cart to carry all our "toys" to the beach. The kids LOVED the pool! The location was wonderful too! We were not ready to leave!! I cannot say enough good things about this place. We'll definitely be back in 2 years when we do this again.

We had the perfect family vacation in Rhonda's home. She has thought of everything with this house. It was very well stocked and every detail very well thought out. We had a couple families with small children and the pool was PERFECT! The safety fence was an added bonus along with the golf cart to the beach. The location was great and the beach that it was near was perfect. I can't say enough good things. We will definitely be recommending this place and hopefully be able to return some day!

We had a wonderful stay at your house on Harrison Street in Cape Canaveral. We were having a family gathering (all 9 of us) to start celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and the house worked perfect. The grand kids enjoyed the pool and pool table, the bedrooms were wonderful, the golf cart was a hit and we had a great time. We would recommend it highly. Thank you for building it as a vacation rental. You did a great job.

Loved it!!! The family did too. Our weather wasn’t the best but the hot tub and heated pool made everyone happy. The pool table inside was an added bonus. Place was very clean on arrival. Golf cart was a hit and made everything easier to take to the beach. Would rent it again and totally recommend it !!
