This is a beautiful, luxurious 3,500 square foot villa, 2,800 sq. ft. inside and 700 sq. ft. on the two decks There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The villa sprawls over two levels featuring private decks on both levels, private infinity swimming pool and hot tub Jacuzzi. There is a carport, gas grill and indoor Jacuzzi. The entrance courtyard opens into a living room with fireplace, an entertainment center with TV, DVD and stereo. The Villa is finished in marble, granite and solid mahogany woodwork. A modern kitchen has a full refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave and range with oven, plus all cooking accessories and utensils are supplied. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The villa sleeps 10. It includes two master bedroom suites with king size beds, luxurious bathrooms and dressing areas; another master bedroom suite with two queen size beds, private bath and dressing area; and sleeper sofas in downstairs family room. MONTECRISTO can only be rented for a week period starting on the 1st, 8th, 15th, or 23rd of the month.

I do not have any set weeks that I am required to use. I will have to call the management company to see if your dates are available. If they are, you will have to pay in full. I can then reserve the unit. I will give you an authorization letter to use the unit after you book the properties. Please let me know if these terms are acceptable. I have access to 4 types of properties at Sunset Beach. They will have to be booked separate and weekly. They are: 1. Presidential Suite(A1VH 94512) sleeps 8(2 BR, 2 BA), 1-KS BR, I-two QU BR, 1-Sofa double, 2 bath. 2. Executive Suite (A1VH 94513) sleeps 6, 1 two QU BR, 1-Sofa double, 2 bath. 3. Jr. Suite (AIVH 94514) sleeps 4, 2 Queen,1 bath. 4. Montecristo Villa(AIVH 94515) sleeps 10(3 BR, 3.5 BA), two KS BR, 1 two QU BR, 1 Sofa double 3.5 bath. I also have one property at the Casa Dorada Medano Beach. Executive Suite sleeps 4, 1 KS BR, 1-Sofa double. This property starts on Friday for seven nights.
