This is a beautiful 2,000 square foot suite, 1,600 sq. ft. inside and 400 sq. ft. on the deck. The suite is a single story with a balcony/patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean. A modern kitchen has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range, plus all cooking accessories and utensils are supplied. It also has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub and security safe in the master bathroom. The suite sleeps 8. It includes one master bedroom suite with a king size bed, luxurious bathroom and dressing area; another master bedroom suite with two queen size beds, private bath and dressing area; and a sleeper sofa in living /dining area. There are 3 TVs, one in each living area.

I will have to call the management company to see if those dates are available. If they are, you will have to pay in full. I can then reserve the unit. I will give you an authorization letter to use the unit after you book the properties. Please let me know if these terms are acceptable. I have access to 4 types of properties at Sunset Beach. They will have to be booked separate and weekly. They are: 1. Presidential Suite(A1VH 94512) sleeps 8(2 BR, 2 BA), 1-KS BR, I-two QU BR, 1-Sofa double, 2 bath. 2. Executive Suite (A1VH 94513) sleeps 6, 1 two QU BR, 1-Sofa double, 2 bath. 3. Jr. Suite (AIVH 94514) sleeps 4, 2 Queen,1 bath. 4. Montecristo Villa(AIVH 94515) sleeps 10(3 BR, 3.5 BA), two KS BR, 1 two QU BR, 1 Sofa double 3.5 bath. I also have one property at the Casa Dorada Medano Beach. Executive Suite sleeps 4, 1 KS BR, 1-Sofa double. This property starts on Friday for seven nights.
