A taxi to Medano Beach is $5-6 dollars and $5. to the marina district area. Public transportation is only 1 block away and takes you directly to the marina district for 75 cents (leaves every 10-15 minutes). There are numerous corner stores within 1 block and restaurants abound in a close vacinity. The food is traditional Mexican and not at tourist fares. Great food ! The area is super safe and you can feel free to walk alone at any time of the day or night. From the rooftop or on your front patio you can watch the sun just drop into the Pacific Ocean and from the rooftop watch the sun rise on the Sea of Cortez. The unit includes free wifi, television, A/C, on-site free laundry room facility. The unit is a studio so it is only suited for 2 people, has a large walk-in closet and a self contained small kitchenette with a full size fridge, stovetop 2 burner, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender plus all the cutleries..Rrivate in suite washroom with huge shower and toilet , vanity ,sink and mirror.. This is a great place to just chill and enjoy but if you feel the need for the crazyness of the marina nightclub scene it is only 15 minutes away. Come enjoy and relax. Methout of payment is by way of a 35% deposit upon booking and the balance on arrival.
