The open dining/living areas are adjacent, and feature a dining table with bench seating, a sectional sofa, a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a covered walk-out balcony with a territorial view...perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage. There's also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a newly remodeled 3/4-bath, a laundry cubby with a full sized washer/dryer, and a side entrance that accesses a large platform deck with a gas grill, a large picnic table, and a covered outdoor HOT TUB! Ascending the staircase from the main floor to the top floor reveals a small landing, a sitting area/study, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and 1-full bath. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!) IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that, while this property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and reserve accordingly. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. Reservations: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
