This is located in the back of our large house. This is a safe quiet neighborhood great for walking to the stores. Our inexpensive studio has a microwave, coffee pot, hot plate & refrigerator, internet, Roku TV, and off-street parking. All private entrance, bathroom queen bed, and a small couch for kids. The back porch has washing machines and a patio. This is located 12 minutes from the airport and 14 minutes by car to the beaches. The rainforest only 40 minutes away The space Economy style: Comfortable one room ground floor apartment in the back part of large House. w/ 1 queen bed and kids bed It accommodates 2 people comfortably and a child. . High Speed Internet,hot plate, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and a outside common area for eating & hanging out. It is located in a secure, mellow middle class neighborhood with palm-lined streets. Isla Verde beaches are 13 minutes, the airport 13 min., and the rain-forest 40 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe for walking. The grocery store and fruit markets are 5 min. away. There are some restaurants close by, too. Plaza Carolina Mall is only 3 miles down the road for some serious shopping The Public Transportation in PR is not very good. I strongly recommend that you have a car or Uber it. Our place is unique in that it has a family atmosphere in a very nice neighborhood while at the same time is located minutes from the airport, the beaches, and all San Juan's most popular restaurants and tourist areas. Guest access Washing machine back yard and table for common area meetings and outside relaxing. Other things to note There is a grocery store about 3 blocks away with bakery and resturants for eating nearby. Its best to have your own car but you can get by without one. Public transportation is bad. |
