Villa Armonia is an elegant residence architecturally designed for comfort and functionality. Ideal for families with children who would like to enjoy their holidays in an aesthetically pleasing and safe environment.
Indoors the Villa consists of 3 levels. On the top level you will find one master bedroom ensuite, with a large veranda with sea view and a sofa bed. In the first level, there are three bedrooms, of which, one has three single beds, while the other two have double beds. There is one shared bathroom in the floor with a bathtub and a large terrace. In the 130 Sq.m lower level you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, one sofa bed, 1 WC, fireplace and an open living with garden.
Outdoors the Villa offers great facilities for preparing meals, having dinners and enjoying your cocktails using the specially designed BBQ, bar and large dining area which serves up to 10 people. The large swimming pool can perfectly fit to all your needs whether it is playing with the children or chilling with a bottle of champagne. Additionally, there is an outdoor bathroom with shower located near the swimming pool.
Location
The villa is in Anavyssos area, a place with various choices for every taste! More specifically, villa Armonia is less than a mile from Mavro lithari beach, where you can relax in the beach bar having a couple of cocktails.
Other astonishing beaches are just a breath away from villa Armonia. Thumari is only a 10’ drive, while just a bit further you will be in Cape sounio beach, one of the best beaches in Attica coast.
Lagonissi and Saronida are 10’-15’ far respectively, while Vouliagmeni area is only a 20’ where you can enjoy the healing mineral springs. Glyfada, the famous suburbs of Athens, is 30’ far, where you can find a big variety of famous restaurants and bars.
Furthermore, there is a big playground and a walking and cycling promenade.
The food markets and a variety of shops and banks are very close. Additionally, there are restaurants for all tastes, including beach front restaurants with fresh fish and Greek specialties. If you want to enjoy the nightlife it is a 5 minute or 10 minutes drive away in neighboring areas.
Sightseeing
Athens city center, where you can also visit the Acropolis, is a 45 minute drive. The villa is well-situated with access to Athens international airport (30km), the famous ancient temple of Poseidon in Sounion (19km), Piraeus port (44 km) and Lavrio port (15 Km).
