We believe you will enjoy this condo only a 10 minute walk to Gulf of Mexico, we have provided you with Beach chairs,a Tommy Bahama Umbrella Beach Towels and a cooler.We have a lanai to sit out on as well as a covered front porch that overlooks a tennis court and golf course(not affiliated with condo property ) but is great to look at and use if you like.Less then a mile in each direction is a lot of stores and great mall,and 5th ave filled with shops and lots of places to Dine Out.About 40 minutes south is the beautiful Florida Everglades with air boat rides.

Location was very nice. Enjoyed the other folks staying on this property. Pool area was wonderful and ground were so beautiful and well maintained. A couple of small complaints, tiny, one person kitchen (and we do several meals in) also the living room and porch furniture was very, very uncomfortable and just needs some updating and to be honest, a larger tv in living room would be nice. We had direct contact with owners, they were very nice to talk to about arriving early and leaving early.
